Leading Turkish Companies in the Steel, Medical, Engineering, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors jointly set up a powerful venture firm; ExpoTurk Holding that will construct energy, industrial and infrastructure projects in emerging countries.
Named the "ExpoTurk Holding"; a Registered Trademark of "ExpoTurk Enerji Ticaret A.S.", the new company aims to provide a total of US$ 350 Million in construction and export finance to realize the industrial, infrastructure and energy construction projects within a few years of establishment. The projects will include wind power plant, waste-to-energy plant, waste processing and waste management plants, fully equipped hospitals, pharmaceutical plant, veterinary vaccines plant, transport projects including monorails in Central Asia and Africa.
The ExpoTurk Holding group plans to expand operations by the needs and requests of the emerging countries in the future.
According to the company, this will be the first private venture in Turkey, which is established by the several leading companies in different sectors to extend export of Turkish products and improve Turkish brand image in global markets.
